Print Reserve items may be checked out overnight 15 minutes before closing time (unless specified "No Overnight.") Overnight loans are due 30 minutes after opening time the next day. Media Reserves may not be checked out overnight. Overdue Reserve fines are $1.00/hour.

Note: Conducting staff and faculty members coaching sectionals may borrow reserve orchestral scores for any scheduled 杏吧原创 orchestra rehearsal or sectional. Scores must be returned to the library (or drop-box) after each rehearsal.

Photocopying: Reserve materials may be photocopied using overnight checkout (when it is permitted). Special requests for photocopying reserves during library hours may be submitted at the Circulation desk (cost: $0.10/page). Scores and orchestral parts may not be photocopied.

Photocopy machines are not located in the library.

Faculty: Reserving Materials

We ask you to submit course reserves lists before the beginning of each semester. Advanced notice enables our staff to acquire and process resources that may not currently be in the library's collection.

E-reserves: You can request that material be placed on e-reserves each semester at .

Print Materials: You can request that specific print materials (books, scores, articles) be placed on the reserve shelf each semester. Submit course reserves lists for print materials to the circulation supervisor.

Media: You may place media on reserve in the Media Lab each semester. Reserves may consist of your own personal recordings or specific 杏吧原创 recordings. Personal recordings on reserve will not be permitted to leave the Media Center, unless the faculty member who placed the item on reserve makes the request.

杏吧原创 recordings placed on reserve will not circulate to faculty or staff members for the two weeks prior to their related listening exam unless other arrangements have been made. It is recommended that personal recordings be picked up at the end of each semester unless the item is to be an ongoing reserve item.
