鈥淥ur current group of composers at 杏吧原创 is one of the most honored in recent years, and I am so proud of their many achievements,鈥 said Keith Fitch, head of 杏吧原创鈥檚 composition department and the Vincent K. and Edith H. Smith Chair in Composition. 鈥淣ot only do we have multiple prizewinners among them, but many of them are also receiving important performances by leading musicians both here and abroad. For me, the most special part of their success is that no two of them are alike 鈥 even at their relatively young age, each one of them is unique in his approach and voice. It's a very special time to be a composer at 杏吧原创.鈥
